The Guidebook Plan

The Navigator Plan

Suitable for: Families seeking a proactive way to monitor their wellbeing and ensure their “internal compass” stays true as their environment changes.

The Guidance: As your Navigator, we help you plot a precise course. This plan is about active alignment: regularly checking in to ensure that the needs of every family member are being met as you move forward in your journey.

Included Services: In addition to all previous resources, this tier introduces our structured Global Family Tracks and the Global Family Needs & Wellbeing Assessment, a vital tool for identifying and addressing hidden stressors early.

The Sherpa Plan

Personal Partnership

Suitable for: Families undergoing high-stakes, short-notice, or complex moves and for those who want a dedicated partner to share the mental and emotional load of the transition.

The Guidance: A Sherpa helps you “carry your load.” This plan provides a dedicated partner to walk alongside you, offering expert-led triage and steady support through the most challenging parts of your family adventure.

Included Services: This tier includes all digital tools and assessments, plus personalized Global Family Support Sessions. Your designated Family Support Consultant provides the “on-the-ground” expertise needed to normalize hurdles and keep your family grounded.

The Wayfinder Plan

Bespoke Expert Solutions

Suitable for: Families with unique circumstances, such as neurodiversity or special educational needs, that require a highly customized, expert-led support system.

The Guidance: When the standard trail doesn’t apply, the Wayfinder creates a new path. This is our most specialized level of care, focusing on systemic solutions that are built entirely around your family’s specific profile and your child(ren)’s needs.

Included Services: Wayfinder includes all previous benefits but is defined by in-depth research and the development of bespoke solutions, in liaison with education and healthcare (and other) professionals and institutes, by expert Family Support Consultants. We act as your specialized architects to ensure every family member thrives, regardless of complexity.
