Just because you decided to go on an international adventure as a family, you don’t have to be confident every step of the way, or experience joy every single minute. We understand how your family’s life is turned upside down, and you might be looking for information, reassurance, guidance, or a helping hand. Our Family Support Services are designed with that understanding in mind. We look forward to helping you and your family experience a happy and successful international relocation.

Introducing your Family Support Consultant

We believe in the power of human connection. Our Family Support Consultants look forward to being your family’s guide on the road to Successful Relocation. Our Consultants have personally experienced international relocation, have extensive experience working with internationally mobile children and families, and have been trained in our unique, holistic way of working.

While all our consultants are true Family Relocation Experts, we can provide special assistance as needed: for high risk relocations, for special requirements (SEN, neurodiversity, single parents, split families, etc.), or a combination of the two.

Family Needs Assessment

As soon as possible, your Family Support Consultant will coordinate a meeting with you and/or your partner to discuss what worries, concerns, problems, and challenges you have identified for your family’s unique relocation circumstances. We will provide immediate assistance, share our insights and experiences, and help you define your road to success.

Through the Family Needs Assessment we also want to provide you with a broad perspective on all aspects of your family life that could be impacted by international relocation. Many families have their hands and hearts full of the upcoming relocation, and find it difficult to see the bigger picture and long-term future. Our Family Support Consultant will support you in looking ahead as much as possible, so you can make well-informed and future-proof decisions towards your children’s needs and wellbeing.

A typical Family Needs Assessment takes 1.5hrs. If needed, we schedule more time or more sessions.

Family Support Sessions

We are with you, every step of your family’s relocation journey. While your family is facing numerous decisions and transitions, your Family Support Consultant is right by your side. Together, you decide when a Family Support Session is needed. This could be around the time of a significant event, such as a first day of school, or when there is an immediate need because a problem occured.

An average Family Support Session is scheduled for 45 mins. We offer single sessions, and packages of 5 or 10 sessions. Per your preference, sessions can be replaced by emails, or instant or voice messaging.
